Community Cemetery Cleanup MorningThis Saturday, July 13th - 9:00 -11:30 am The poppies are out in St. Luke's Cemetery! Come and take a look, and help us weed out the long grass mixed in with the poppies. There are also other cleanup jobs if weeding is not your first choice. Please drop in at any time on Saturday morning to assist with the cleanup. Please bring gloves and, if possible, tools such as clippers, scrapers, a rake, or an outdoor broom. Many hands make light work. We plan to hold another cleanup in the fall. Everyone welcome! |

The Summer 2024 Issue of St. Luke's Prescription is Now Available
Four times a year St. Luke's produces a parish magazine, called The Prescription. Stories of those resting in St. Luke's Cemetery are often featured in issues of The Prescription. The Summer 2024 issue of St. Luke's Prescription is now available to download from the link below. The summer issue includes pictures and information from the Amazing Women Cemetery Tour held in April as well as the story of Rona Hatt Wallis, as told by two of her grandchildren. Thank you, Rona Archer and Hu Wallis! Rona Wallis' story was one of those shared during the Cemetery Tour. Print copies of the Prescription are available from the Church office and will be available in the church during the Cemetery Cleanup on Saturday. If you would like a copy mailed to you, please contact Barb and we will mail you a copy. We hope you enjoy reading this issue.
