Community Cemetery Cleanup MorningsThis Saturday and Next Saturday We're having a couple of cemetery cleanup mornings this fall on Saturday, October 22nd, and Saturday, October 29th, from 9:30 am - 11:30 am. Please drop in at any time this Saturday morning or next Saturday morning to assist with the cleanups as we tidy the cemetery prior to our Service of Remembrance, which will be on November 6th. Many hands make light work! |
Veterans in St. Luke's Cemetery
The remains of at least 157 veterans are interred or commemorated in St. Luke's Cemetery. Please open and view the list (updated September 8, 2022) from the link below to check if your relative's name is on the list. If you would like to add the name of a relative or friend who is a veteran whose name isn't on the list or send further information about the veteran, please contact Barb Prescott by e-mail or phone St. Luke's Office (250-477-6741). We are always happy to receive further information to add to our records.

All Saints' Day Service and Service of RemembranceSunday, November 6, 2022 - 10 am You are invited to a Service of Remembrance for veterans in St. Luke's Cemetery. The 10 am service will be a combined All Saints’ Day Service and a Service of Remembrance. The service will start in the church and then we will move outside to honour the veterans in the cemetery. The service will be livestreamed starting at 10 am as well as recorded to view later at your convenience. For more infomation visit:
