Community Cemetery Cleanup MorningThis Saturday, July 16, 2022 - 9:00 am - 11:30 am We're having another cemetery cleanup morning. Please drop in at any time this Saturday morning to see what’s new in the cemetery, ask a Cemetery Committee member to help you find a family grave, or to assist with the cleanup. This will be the last cleanup this summer. We'll plan to hold another cleanup in the fall. |
Thank You!
A big thank you to community members and descendants who have come and worked on their own in the cemetery since the last cemetery cleanup. We greatly appreciate your work! Descendants and community members are always welcome to come and weed and tidy in the cemetery at times which suit you. You know the saying, "It takes a community to raise a child." Well, I think it also takes a community to maintain a cemetery! Thanks to all who are helping in this way to honour those who came before us at St. Luke's. |
