Please bring your own plate and cutlery (the dishwashers thank you!), plus a topping to share. Everyone welcome!

*Our Next Reflections, our Sunday service at dusk, will be next Sunday, March 9th at 4:30 pm and will feature cellist, Elena Antontceva, originally from Russia. After graduating from the Far East Academy of Arts in Vladivostok, she worked at the Symphony Orchestra as both musician and soloist of the Philharmonic for 25 years in her home city. She had a chance to work as a professor at the University of Art in Vladivostok, teaching young students how to play cello professionally. She participated in international festivals in China, Japan and Korea. She moved to Canada three years ago and continues to perform here. The readings, prayers, and music of this special Reflection Time will calm your spirit and soothe your soul. The next Reflections services in 2025 are on May 11th and June 8th. There won’t be a Reflections service in April. The services in May and June will be at 7:00 pm.

The group will meet weekly starting next Sunday, March 9th (the first Sunday in Lent) and will end on Pentecost Sunday, June 8th, with a celebration of baptism and reaffirmation and welcome. Building a Mountain of Love for the Shelbourne Community Kitchen The youth of St. Luke’s are hosting a special fundraising event during the month of February through to March 9th in support of our local Shelbourne Community Kitchen. The youth want to build a mountain of non-perishable food in St. Luke’s Church, by the font, and call this a “Mountain of Love”. Please bring your non-perishable donations of food to the church or the hall. Also please invite your friends and neighbours to contribute. Handouts to pass out to friends and neighbours are available on the table at the back of the church.

Thanks to Carol Turnham for your leadership in this venture.

It's Spring in St. Luke's Cemetery and by this time of year, the Christmas arrangements still on the graves are looking out of place. The Cemetery Committee will remove any seasonal arrangements remaining on the graves in March.
